1、Raw material preparation: Produce self adhesive vinyl stickers using PVC and other materials as the main raw materials.Add additives such as plasticizers and heat stabilizers to improve the performance of the film.
2、Mixing and plasticization:Mix PVC with other additives to form a uniform liquid mixture.
By heating and plasticizing the mixture, a solid film is formed.
3、Extrusion and Rolling: Squeeze the softened PVC mixture through different rollers to form a film with a certain thickness. By rolling with rollers, the film is made thicker to thinner, ultimately forming the desired rolling grade self adhesive vinyl sticker.
4、The bonding process of PVC film and release paper：Release paper is first rolled, glued, dried, and the release paper is still wet; At the same time, the PVC film is unrolled and preheated.
The cooling and bonding process is completed under the action of a cold steel and rubber roller. Then proceed to roll up.
5、Testing items: After winding, it is necessary to take samples to test the peeling force of the product (while checking for visible black spots, oil stains, scratches, and punctures), the weight of the adhesive, use a halogen water meter to measure the moisture content of the base paper, and perform a drawing test (problems include arching, poor ink absorption, and ink smudging)
6、Finally, based on the customer's width and meter, we place the product in the slitting workshop for slitting.
Our common self adhesive vinyl sticker widths are: 0.914, 1.07, 1.27, 1.37, 1.52 * 50/100m （Of course, if you have other specifications, we can discuss whether mass production can be carried out）
Through the above steps, rolled grade self adhesive vinyl sticker products can be produced, which have thicker protection, color stability, and lower cost.
